1. What SweepsGirl Is
SweepsGirl ("the Service", "we", "us") is an educational and informational tool that helps you track daily bonuses offered by third-party social (sweepstakes) casinos, log your own play sessions, and organize your own records. We are not a casino, we do not operate games of chance, we do not accept or place wagers, and we do not facilitate real-money gambling. All gameplay happens on third-party sites under their own terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (21+ in some jurisdictions) and located somewhere it is legal to participate in sweepstakes promotions to use the Service. Social casino availability varies by state and country — you are responsible for verifying that the third-party sites we reference are lawful where you live. The Service is intended for users in the United States.
3. Your Account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to share, sell, or transfer your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid features require a subscription (currently $1/month or $10/year), billed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice — continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
5. Referral & Affiliate Disclosure
Links to third-party casinos and products on the Service are typically referral or affiliate links. If you sign up or make a purchase through them, we may receive a commission or bonus at no additional cost to you. This is how the Service is funded. Our inclusion of a site is not an endorsement of it, and we are not responsible for third-party sites' conduct, terms, or payouts.
6. Not Professional Advice
Everything on the Service — including RTP statistics, session analytics, expected-value calculators, and CSV exports — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, tax, legal, or gambling advice. Statistics are based on user-entered data and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Sweepstakes outcomes depend on chance; we make no claims or guarantees of winnings or profit. Consult a qualified professional for tax or legal questions.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to access other users' data; (c) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service; (d) scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service's data or content without permission; or (e) interfere with the Service's operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Your Data
You retain ownership of the records you enter (play sessions, withdrawals, purchases, balances). You grant us the limited license needed to store and process that data to operate the Service. Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that bonus timers, casino data, or notifications will always be accurate or timely.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SweepsGirl and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or gambling losses, arising from your use of the Service or any third-party site it links to. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, suspected abuse, or if we discontinue the Service, in which case we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date on this page, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
13. Governing Law & Contact
